By using this website or submitting any registration, sign-in, or inquiry form, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

You must be at least 18 years old to submit forms on behalf of an athlete. By submitting, you represent that you are the parent or legal guardian of the athlete and have authority to provide consent on their behalf.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information (including health and emergency-contact information) and to update it promptly if it changes. The Team may rely on the information you provide for medical, safety, and roster decisions.

Participation in flag football and related team activities involves inherent risks of bodily injury. The signed waiver completed during sign-in is incorporated into these Terms by reference and continues to apply for the duration of your child's involvement with the Team.

Athletes, parents, guardians, and visitors agree to behave respectfully toward coaches, officials, opponents, teammates, and spectators. The Team may suspend or remove participants who engage in harassment, violence, drug or alcohol use at team events, or conduct that endangers others.

Photos and video taken at team activities may be used by the Team for promotional, educational, recruiting, and fundraising purposes as described in the signed waiver and the Privacy Policy.

Any fees, dues, or sponsorship contributions are described at the time of payment. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable once the season or event has begun. Specific refund terms, if any, are stated at checkout or in your registration confirmation.

The Team name, logos, shield mark, photography, and site content are owned by South Lake Sirens or its licensors. You may not use them for commercial purposes without written permission.

You agree not to: (a) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or its data; (b) submit false, harmful, or unlawful content; (c) interfere with site operations; or (d) use the site to harvest information about other participants.

The site and team activities are provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Team disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Team and its coaches, staff, volunteers, sponsors, and host facilities are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the site or participation in team activities. The signed waiver controls liability for participation itself.

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
